I did a same day mileage run (for the one flight 15K bonus offer) back in mid-December. The ticket was booked on-line. I have received the 500 mile booking bonus for one segment, but not the other. Also, I had signed up for the special offer to receive 1000 bonus miles next time I used on-line check-in. Used it for my outbound flight, but no bonus miles. Looks like I'll need to contact SkyMiles to get this resolved.
