both MGM and Caesars will grant a 1pm checkout for their "elite" members without any struggle. In fact - a lot of times they openly offer it during check-in. But anything past 1pm and it's a fight, and arguably so, Vegas hotels operate differently and are often fully at capacity.
This was never my experience typically in the ten years as a platinum and as Gold @ MGM can’t speak for Caesar’s
It was a negotiation for any kind of late checkout 95% denied unless paying for late check out
There were some property exceptions mostly in smaller properties.
