Long transit times at HND between US and SEA in Summer 2024

Is JL (and by extension the JL/AA JV) "quiet quitting" the US-SEA business? I've been trying to find reasonable itineraries from eastern-ish US gateways (JFK, BOS, ORD, and DFW) gateways via TYO to BKK this summer and it seems that US flights into HND arriving in the late afternoon will often create lengthy layovers (ballpark of 6-10h) before the red-eye to BKK. Only reasonable connections left seem to be BOS or DFW on AA metal to NRT where JL still has an evening flight to BKK. Not great in the other direction either (~5h), but not as egregious.

Examples via HND on June 4:
- JL 3 JFK-HND 01:40 dep 04:45 (+1) arr -- 6h30m layover -- JL 31 HND-BKK 11:15 (+1) dep 15:40 (+1) arr
- JL 5 JFK-HND 13:30 dep 16:35 (+1) arr -- 8h10m layover -- JL 33 HND-BKK 00:45 (+2) dep 05:00 (+2) arr
- JL 9 ORD-HND 12:40 dep 15:35 (+1) arr -- 9h10m layover -- JL 33 HND-BKK 00:45 (+2) dep 05:00 (+2) arr
- JL 11 DFW-HND 11:10 dep 14:25 (+1) arr -- 10h20m layover -- JL 33 HND-BKK 00:45 (+2) dep 05:00 (+2) arr

via NRT on June 4:
- AA 61 DFW-NRT 11:40 dep 15:00 (+1) arr -- 3h20m layover -- JL 707 NRT-BKK 18:20 (+1) dep 23:00 (+1) arr
- JL 7 BOS-NRT 13:30 dep 16:15 (+1) arr -- 2h5m layover -- JL 707 NRT-BKK 18:20 (+1) dep 23:00 (+1) arr

Is this just an unfortunate consequence of the dual-hub strategy for the TPAC JV that just shifting more and more towards O/D traffic at HND? I suspect a lot of this also has to do with AA not really providing TPAC seats on their metal either. NH/UA(/AC) seems to be struggling from something similar at HND with weird connection times, but combined they seem to provide much more extensive coverage out of both airports. Will this be something that will improve once JL takes delivery of more A350s freeing up other aircraft to increase frequency elsewhere? Hoping that maybe some of you here much more familiar with JL might have some insight into the longer-term strategy of JL TPAC.
