Any insight as to which route from the US to DOH has the average lowest pax occupancy between ORD, MIA, BOS, ATL, PHL and LAX? I am flying out of DFW and direct flights to DOH add a few hundred to almost a thousand per person depending on the day. This adds up for multiple people traveling together.

Are there any airports that are a pain when going from domestic to international? I know the transfer bus at ORD is easy.

Last question, which one of these airports has a decent lounge? I am Qatar gold status. I know the lounge at ORD sucks.
