BA on the other hand, have a much bigger task to do as the whole airplane needs gutting. All the F,J, Y+ (and presumably Y) seats need to be replaced, the IFE and its cabling need to be stripped out and replaced, alongside the reconfiguration of cabin boundaries (if the new LOPA rumours are true). It’s a significantly bigger job.
I believe that is also why the B77W CS refurb takes 7 weeks vs 3 for the last of the 3-class B777-200ER fleet. The B77W reconfig involves moving toilets which requires a lot of under cabin piping work which is not a small task.
