Went to the KL website to request downgrade credit, and got a response from AFKL saying in essence "go back to selling agency". Is this right? Sounds more like an EU261 to me (which I thought I was doing on the KL website).
To add confusion, I applied for the second traveler in the party on the AF website, to, 7 days later, be told to expect a $90 refund. Now really confused....
