Completely ignoring my request for the calculation/ confirmation that they've actually read my entire plan.

Social media usually catches their eye so a post on X complaining often generates a reply link.
A mate of mine is currently playing ping pong with them for a valid EU261 claim and they came back saying they couldn't find their booking even though they were provided the EI.COM booking reference with ticket number and a screenshot of the confirmation and boarding card! We cant work out if its actual stupidity or deliberate.
