It all comes down to taste. I feel like Centurion generally offers more healthy food with more interesting taste profiles and Polaris is more traditional food, less adventuresome. Though I would pick neither above a mid level restaurant.

At 9am I would definitely pick Polaris, Centurion can get very crowded. I agree that Polaris is a nicer and bigger space, with filtered tarmac views, and the sit down meals are something Centurion doesn't offer.

Why not try both? Or go to one and if it's not meeting your needs, go to the other. They are less than a five minute walk apart.
