What is it that you want to refund? DEN-MUC only or all the remaning flights? If it's DEN-MUC only, why don't you ask the operating carrier (LH I suppose) to rebook you instead?
We were still checked in for 1st leg so I had thought we should take it but maybe there wouldn't have been a fee?
The DEN-MUC on LH was 3 days out to rebook and that was as long as our stay. We had to book additional flights with another carrier to next destination. I guess it was a very expensive award for a 1 hour regional flight. I didn't expect a weather cancellation to leave us with no refund at all.
