Holiday Inn Vacation Clubs participate in IHG One Rewards for point earning and redemption. They do NOT provide benefits of status, as mentioned earlier and within photo attached here of the terms page; whereas Holiday Inn Vacations is not listed a brand that provides Breakfast. Its beneficial to always read terms in FULL so you can have an informed discussion with IHG employees or ownership.
