Retired and fly on my own dime. I fly strategically to maximize TPs with BA and with A3.
FT has been an excellent source of information as well.

That said, I love the BA/OW and A3/*A FF programs for:

1. Extra baggage allowance,
2. Lounge access, and
3. Priority access for check-in. 👏
