I just called about a MUA for an Air France operated US-Europe route connecting through CDG. Offered 85,000 miles per Premium Select (AF Premium Economy) ticket to upgrade to Business. I called the platinum hotline which thought the MUA program was cancelled until I told her it shouldn’t be for AF operated flights. She then handled it all through the international ticketing desk which took about 30 minutes total.
