Not sure the answer to LHR/LGW coupon query, but do know that (internally) BA have committed a policy of 100% e-ticketing by end 2004; so I'm sure the answer is coming soon!

Of course, there's no way they'll ever make it - mainly because there are some companies BA interline with that can't accept e-tickets yet. But there's certainly the committment to it and much work being done to support it...
