Not an option if you’re stuck with a non-Apple laptop for instance, but I’ve spent years just travelling with just a handful of Apple chargers. The iPad/MacBook bricks with the changeable socket attachments are very handy versus a travel adapter IME. They’re also likely to work better, especially in the US where the laughable design of the socket means that any weight or moment means the plug will probably fall right out of the wall!

etiene I travel with iPad and iPhone and the only adaptors supplied are the UK standard ones so I don’t lug those around, just have a bag full of cables and a power brick or sometimes two on longer trips, along with a couple of multi adaptors. To be honest it’s not a major issue, I just have to be a bit smarter in sequential charging rather than just jamming everything on charge and forgetting about it all
