Definitely during boarding as the whole PY/Y contingent flows past you and often it seems like a clown car as they just keep coming and coming and coming.
During the flight I find it's pretty quiet, although I tend to try to pick the last row in either the front or mini-cabin as they seem to get the least foot traffic and I find they seem a little more private than being in rows with people ahead and people behind, but that might just be personal preference.
