I doubt that anything was done on the tickets. They are still confirmed and the first airline is not Kenya Airways so it has no way to stop people from flying it.
The way I see it is that Kenya hopes people cancel the ticket themselves or it will do nothing.
The ticket is suspended so far, so there is no way for u to take Thai Airways flight from Seoul in the beginning. Unless Kenya Airways will open tickets if we don't initiate the refund request.
