I just got a note that the Pacific Resort Aitutaki is no longer participating in SLH’s partnership with WoH as of 26 January 2024. They are honoring my reservation (which used points) but said I wouldn’t earn tier points. That doesn’t seem right to me. Anyone else have this experience? Any way to argue for the tier points?
