Just to clarify, for the Home Depot purchases that were difficult for you - did you resort to contacting the AA Shopping Portal to get credit after the fact or what did you end up doing....? Im trying to decide how to proceed... the missing miles arent the "end of the world" for me, but I hat to leave value on the table just because these guys cant get their IT to work properly.... (sigh)
