For the Iberia / BA match, I'd imagine there is some creative way to live without a hyphen on both accounts? I can't see any real postal transaction happening in this space?
I transferred some BA avios to Vueling Club on Avios.com, but the value is indeed poor. The value is a bit better on IB (which is distance-based), so I am hoping to transfer points from BAEC to IB (or now, from Avios.com to IB).

I am not sure if IB has a live chat feature, but I will see if the chat agents on Avios.com can assist with this. Thanks.
