I’m currently the WA Bangkok, and while nice, something just feels off. I used my FNC for the stay. Before arriving, I checked in and selected a room, cool. Upon arrival to the hotel, I had to go up to the check in counter. Clerk said we were upgraded, but the room wouldn’t be ready by 6… When we get back to check in again, the room we received was the regular king room, which was smaller, according to the hotel map. I could have had my original room, instead of this “upgraded” one. The room is nice, but the time wasted to receive it, is BS.

Now, let’s see about this breakfast y’all keep talking about. And yes, the construction is still ongoing.
