I'd be a little less anxious if my Rep ever returned an email (thanks sfosin for the alternate info via PM). That said, with the nominations closing 1/31, timing might get hairy. I'm in the same boat. I still don't have a way to update the GS status to the end of my contract. Sales rep does not respond to email. I also emailed the support and haven't heard from them.
