I have a new booking (done on delta.com) and I am trying to buy SAF to get XP. Unfortunately, the purchasing process does not show anywhere how much XP I will get (or even that I will get XP). Will wait to get confirmation from someone, that we still get XP with this option and to see how many XP I get. I am looking to get 10XP to reach silver at the end of first leg of a 4 leg journey.
