You can create a Vueling specific Avios account, as part of Vueling Club, and then use Avios.com to login and transfer over from Aer Lingus. So you would use Aer Lingus as a bypass here. But the easiest thing to do, in European office hours, is to use the Live Chat box on the top line of Avios.com and get the agents there to transfer Avios across. There are a number of bugs in the system and no money is being spent to fix them, they seem to rely on the chat agents to do resolve problems. That said, given the Vueling is essentially a Low Cost Carrier, and uses Avios purely on an alternative revenue method, rather than redemption basis, it's not usually fruitful use of Avios.

For the Iberia / BA match, I'd imagine there is some creative way to live without a hyphen on both accounts? I can't see any real postal transaction happening in this space?
