CAI - LHR on BA407 (evening departure). Chicken with Rice or Smoked Salmon up for grabs (another option also going, but out by the time it got to me in Row 3).

Meal didn’t taste great (Chicken was stringy) so largely left it. No nuts served with drinks and no menus provided or additional snacks loaded as I believe is usual on Band 4 flights.

Single round of drinks on the 5 hour flight before the crew went MIA for the rest of the flight. No regard for the separate CE cabin - with lots of children running up and down the aisle throughout, not enforced by the crew either.

Overall disappointing experience, but company paid - would certainly be complaining if I had paid with my own money!
