I had an heavy Neapolitan Lunch, then quite a nice selection in the lounge and then took the Slow Cooked pork loin salad (looks to be similar to the chicken one posted above). I particularly enjoyed the tonnato sauce, basically what we called “salsa tonnata” in the 1990’s that went with roasted veal.
