However, I may be able to provide some guidance:
It is written more clear on their desktop site: SAG = Star Alliance Gold, PLM = Paid Lounge Membership.
As such you should receive access to the SWISS lounges in ZRH.

I would personally recommend the Alpine Lounge, although there are some restrictions imposed on access by LX (*G on Star Alliance only), and since Anadolujet is only a Star Alliance affiliate, this might prove confusing.

Although Anadolujet appears to operate under the Turkish Airlines code? Weird! But perhaps this will make it easier for the ticket to be treated the same way as any TK ticket.
