The GS credits are a "batch process" and can arrive sporadically and are not part of the normal amenity fund deposits. The GS credits will post by January 31, for application on February 1. I recall the same thing happened to my account two years ago and the GS nomination showed up just in time. Personally, I suspect this two-step process is partly due to the significant vetting and controls that go into handing out the perk.
Thank you (and thanks to sfosin, IAHOT, and others) for the feedback. Based on all that, I guess I need to take a breath and watch what happens the next 10-12 days. It's good to know you talked to someone that understood the process and that you have lived through it before. I'd be a little less anxious if my Rep ever returned an email (thanks sfosin for the alternate info via PM). That said, with the nominations closing 1/31, timing might get hairy. All in all, once again thanks to the FT community for all the insight!
