Upgrade brother using my Delta Skymiles?
Good afternoon, all. My brother and sister-in-law are scheduled to fly to Europe in April. They booked a Delta main cabin economy flight back from CDG-JFK. I think I have enough miles to upgrade them to business class, but I don’t know if I’m allowed to upgrade someone else’s tickets. Does anyone know? Thanks in advance . . .
