Due to fly NRT-AMS-GLA later today (Japan time) and the NRT-AMS leg has been delayed by 2hrs 50mins at the moment due to an aircraft swap from the 777-200 to a 787-9. The above message has appeared as part of My Trip in the KLM app.

Any ideas what the vouchers will be? When I click on redeem my vouchers it comes up with an error.

The connecting flight is on time, however the layover at AMS has been reduced from 3hrs 55m to 1hr 5m. Would this have any bearing on what vouchers I am entitled to?
