After 8 calls to MU and Expedia, here is the current situation:
1- MU agents insist that Expedia has full control over the ticket and can request/issue a refund. Name corrections up to 3 characters would have been allowed if it wasn't for the single non-MU leg (KL) despite MU being the MSC and the ticket is MU-stock (781).
2- Expedia agents insist that the ticket is under the airline/airport control who have the sole authority to cancel/refund. Name corrections strictly not allowed. MU did NOT respond to Expedia's offline request within the 72 hour time frame.
All we got to do is cross fingers at check in.
