Everyday Preferred: AF billed 1/16, rarely use this card, no previous retention offers, none offered this time either. Downgraded to the no AF everyday card to keep the credit line, wrongly assuming I'd received a full AF refund. It's going to cost me $0.52 for those 2 days .

ETA: Business Platinum card AF due today, never received previous retention, nothing offered today. Canceled.
