Going back to the December problems, I'm still waiting a month later for anything on two of my four claims - the rep says they are waiting for a supervisor.
In the meantime, I arrived in Zurich 24hrs late so my original train tickets were null & void and I want to claim them through travel insurance. However, they require a Delay Report from KLM. Where do I get that from? I haven't managed to get that information for the flights I need as the claim is still in limbo. Anyone any idea is there somewhere hidden on the website to generate this? Thanks.
Slightly off-topic. What insurer are you using that is covering flight delays? I have looked at several and they have very sketchy coverages for flight delays and cancellations, including the one I use right now.
