I think the difference pitched in future will be "deep leather seats with enhanced legroom" or similar if CE doesn't get the slimline seats. Arguably, the difference between CE and ET is greater if ET moves to the LHR model.

However, I do think a significant part of the LCY proposition right now is that ET is comfortable / old school and BA will therefore risk a lot of passengers who were happy to pay a premium saying 'screw it, let's book EasyJet for half the cost' if they move ET to BoB and slimline seating, but let's see.
