just flew delta one from JFK to HNL ..11 hr flight . excellent service..lunch and several passes of snack basket which included Hersheybars , Biscoff cookies ( both kinds) and salty snacks . the purser went around to each flyer in Delta one and introduced her self . The FA’s really hustled on this flight , I was impressed. My return flight from OGG to LAX in FC was very good..dinner and again several snack basket passes .Excellent purser and FA’s . Then I flew in a Delta one suite from LAX to JFK and this flight was a disappointment..Barely any service , breakfast and no snack basket . the FA’s kept themselves invisible..It was a smooth flight..no seatbelts. . At the 4 hour mark I asked if snacks were gonna be passed and they hurriedly brought out a bare bones basket to me and my son behind me then came back 5 mins later with the same basket for the rest of the Delta one passengers .A strange thing was one FA wore a long down coat the entire flight .
