Yes they need more cabin crew on the plane, but I have no idea how many hours each crew member is rostered at the moment. Is there scope to increase the amount of time current crew are rostered, which would limit the increased crew costs. Maybe reducing frequency on one or two routes and maybe even reduce fleet size?
