Sadly it's far from unique to Asiana that cheap fares (esp via 3rd party sites) earn little to no miles. The whole industry has moved in that direction. They want to upsell you to higher fare classes if that's important to you.

At least you don't need the miles for status reasons, your perks are locked in.
