SIN is the one airport where that wouldn’t have been a problem, though. All security is done at the gate. You can wander around the terminals to your heart’s content upon arrival before you finally give up and decide to exit through immigration.
Yep, I struggle to think of a better airport than SIN if there is a need to kill some time between an early morning arrival and hotel check-in. Even after immigration, one can spend some time at Jewel.
