The timing on food in AI business is totally dependent on the crew you get. They have roughly 3 categories of FAs in Business:

- elderly Ladies who will make you feel like youre visiting an Aunty or the mother of a friend: if you go into 'hello aunty' mode and voice your wishes things will be done
- middle aged gentlemen of the kind you would also encounter in the older established 5* hotels: these will do their service according to a scheme/midset they have from 20+ years ago when they joined AI. Normally nice, but on their schedule. You get an evil eye if you dare to ring the bell between service times
- FAs in the 20s: these joined recently and do their thing as they were trained. Similar to what you would find on Indigo, Vistara, old Jet etc: here a standard service is provided but basically don't care. Occasionally you have an engaged one.
