Cuixmala about a 3 hr drive or $1900 private transfer from PVR to grass landing strip on property, same for Las Alamandas. Careyes has some great places to stay and great restaurants near by and within the complex. Casita's at Cuixmala are fine but you need a 4 Wheel Drive which they can rent for you if you fly in. Main house is great or bungalows if you want to walk down to the beach.
