Odd... Before you replied I was able to book a 7am Monday pickup (since I'm staying at the airport wouldn't have been that big of a deal) but I changed the AM to PM on my proposed return time it opened wide up.

That still doesn't explain why Hertz reservations couldn't find the location though (despite giving the zip code, address, and phone number shown on Hertz.com)... The location not answering the phone is sadly not as surprising.
