Haha me too! Does yours take any notice??
Mine did, following my notes to use IB Dali Schengen lounge on arrival at MAD to sort out her next three BPs (her full routing was AGP-(I2 separate ticket)MAD-(IB)FRA-(JL)NRT-(JL)HKG, last three segments on one ticket). She was worried IB in MAD would only check her through as far as NRT, or even make her check in again at FRA. I wrote a detailed note on who to escalate to if the MAD check-in desks gave her any grief, she saw the Dali Schengen lounge (which was escalation point #2 on my list) even before exiting in MAD, went straight in and asked the reception desk to check her in.
Was able to ditch my notes on the FRA T2-T2 50 min transfer because IB was on time to FRA
and she was met at bus gate by a uniformed JL ground agent. I basically logged off at that point, the connection ground agent (or runner, not sure sure if that's a term used outside Asia) was going to make sure she uses the right Schengen exit lanes
and help her cut any line that needs cutting.
The ground agent led her on a longer route than I thought she can use (out to Schengen exit in 2/F and the back up 3/F to depart like an originating FRA passenger) - I thought there was a dedicated transfer exit Schengen passport control on 2/F and then escalator up to 3/F but maybe the agent knew that transfer passport control was not manned that day.
