Agree with the above reviews, AI is not as bad as people make it sound. The flight crew is pretty good and helpful, I would say better than the American and European airline crews. Food is good. Broken seats are a problem in J class (on older 777s) so if traveling with family may not be able to sit together. Biggest drawback- No wifi
