Last August I flew on an AA ticket where the first segment was on Qantas. Due to weather issues, I changed the Qantas flight to an earlier flight the same day, at the invitation of Qantas. The miles for the Qantas flight never posted, and I'm struggling to get this issue resolved. I emailed pictures of my boarding pass to customer service, but now they want the ticket number for the Qantas flight. There is no ticket number printed on my Qantas boarding pass, although it does show my Oneworld status. Is it likely there's a new ticket number simply by performing an SDC on Qantas? Shouldn't Aadvantage be able to get the ticket number from Qantas?
