I've taken the liberty to change the account limit in the wiki from $20K/mo to $10K/mo. I have two One accts that both have had an even $10K loaded to them in the past two weeks and I haven't had luck with further loads with VGCs. So as a test I just went to my WMNM and tried to load a token $50 to one of them with my bank debit card (not a potentially problematic VGC so it definitely should have gone through) but it got the Debit Not Approved notification. This $10K limit is in direct conflict with Discover's officially published limits which say The weekly limit (per rolling 7 days) is $7,000, and the monthly limit (per calendar month) is $20,000.
