The B787-8 and B787-9 fleet all came from Boeing without Wifi and a program was running to have them fitted in Cardiff, this stopped pre COVID. It never actually re-started so 4 years on, all the B787-8s and 4 x B787-9s (G-ZBKE/F/R/S) remain without.
I guess they're so far behind on other things like Club Suite and only have so much hangar space.
