As the previous poster mentioned, you need to take down the escalators to A and B gates and then make a right turn and you'll see the exit; however, it would not be well signposted.
to be fair to IGA, there is an 'EXIT' sign in 5 foot high yellow letters above the exit, but no signposting towards it... basically after leaving either of the lounges you want to head towards the ends of the main terminal building and down the escalators at the ends. If you look around as you go down the escalator you should see the EXIT sign. if not, just ask anyone... they'll point you in the right direction.
