Lack of wifi on 787 fleet

I was on BA32 last night back from HKG to LHR and was quite surprised that the plane didn't have any inflight wifi. When i was on BA31 last monday, it had the on air sign but no wifi either.

Is this a problem on the 787 fleet in general? Quite poor for such a long flight and not being able to have connectivity.
