If you were to call up and on a fresh call and just ask for MADOPO availability, without mentioning that you hold and existing booking SCL-MAD, I suspect the availability will be there.

Alternatively, it could be that the availability is limited to specific office IDs, known more generically on here as point of sale availability.
thanks - but just to be clear - in such case I wouldn’t be able to add it to the SCL-MAD. What you are essentially saying is that indeed this is a married segment issue that I wouldn’t be able to overcome (unless the whole thing was available which is not likely to happen at all) right ?
