Now that I've been apparently bumped from SEA-PDX (to a later flight) do you think it's possible to use this to try and get the SEA-OAK tonight and get my PDX-SFO cancelled? I don't know if this is even possible or if I'm just dreaming. I don't think SEA-OAK is codeshared with BA, but neither is the one they rebooked me onto.
I think you'd have a good argument there. You could argue that the later SEA-PDX flight no longer makes your stopover in PDX viable, so you'd prefer to go direct to SFO/OAK/SJC.
