You can have letters sent to select post offices (ausgewählte Filialen) for pickup. Not sure if there is an easy way to find out if the one discussed earlier in this thread is one of those select ones.

It’s 2024 - no way to get an e-ticket? I haven’t seen a paper ticket in decades.
